Simple, Transparent Pricing

Stund uses a transparent, per-coach pricing model. There are no artificial feature gates or tiered paywalls — every organization gets access to all features.

• NOK 99 / month per active coach ($10 USD / €10 EUR), billed monthly.
• 30-day free trial for the organization: When you sign up, your entire organization is completely free for 30 days — no credit card required to get started and set everything up.
• Start your subscription whenever you like: You can add your card and subscribe at any point during the trial. Nothing is charged that day — the first payment is taken when the 30-day trial ends, and you keep every free day you had left.
• 0.5% platform fee on completed online payments (card, Vipps and Klarna, all via Mollie).
• 750 AI messages per coach / month (pooled across your entire team).
• 30 SMS reminders per coach / month (unlimited automated emails).
• Unlimited admin & staff logins: Non-bookable team members (e.g. receptionists, managers, accountants) are completely free.
• All features included: Custom domain, website designer, intake questionnaires, client package credits, and Mollie online checkout.

How the 0.5% Platform Fee Works

When clients pay for bookings online, Stund takes a transparent 0.5% platform fee on the transaction. Standard payment processing fees apply directly from Mollie.

Example: A 1,000 kr Booking

• Client pays: 1,000 kr
• Stund platform fee (0.5%): – 5.00 kr
• Payment processing (e.g. card ~1.4% + 1.80 kr): – 15.80 kr
• You receive in your bank account: ~979.20 kr

Direct Payouts

• Mollie: Card, Vipps and Klarna payments all settle directly into your own connected Mollie account. Mollie deducts its processing fees and Stund's 0.5% platform fee automatically the moment the charge happens — you never have to pay a manual invoice for fees, whatever method the client used.

Non-Expiring Top-Up Packs (AI Credits & SMS)

If your team needs extra AI capacity or high-volume SMS client reminders beyond the included monthly quota, you can purchase permanent top-up packs anytime under Settings > Billing:

• 500 AI Credits Top-Up: 49 NOK ($5 USD / 5 EUR).
• 100 SMS Reminders Top-Up: 99 NOK ($10 USD / 10 EUR).

How Rollover Accounting Works

1. 1Monthly allowance is consumed first: Each month, your standard 750 AI credits and 30 SMS per coach are used.
2. 2Permanent rollover: Any top-up pack balance never expires and automatically rolls over to future months indefinitely.
3. 3No service disruption: When your monthly quota is exhausted, Stund seamlessly draws from your permanent top-up balance. If you run out of SMS credits with zero top-up balance, client reminders automatically continue over free email.

Managing Your Subscription

Everything about your billing lives inside Stund — there is no separate portal to log into.

1. 1Go to Settings > Billing. You will see the card your subscription renews on, and every invoice we have issued you.
2. 2Click Update card to replace that card. This opens a secure checkout page that saves the new card without charging it — from then on, renewals use the new card.
3. 3If your card is expiring within 30 days (or already has), you will see a warning right under it on that page, and we will also email you a heads-up — update it before then so your subscription keeps running without interruption.
4. 4Download any invoice from the same page.

To switch between monthly and yearly billing, or to cancel, go to Settings > Subscription instead.

Adding and Archiving Coaches

• Adding a coach: Create a new coach under Resources. The coach is automatically active and free for their first 30 days.
• Archiving a coach: If a trainer leaves or takes seasonal time off, simply archive their resource profile. The number of coaches you are billed for updates automatically, so you are never charged for inactive staff.
• Coach changes are never split across a period: nothing is charged part-way through a period, in either direction. A coach you add mid-period is first billed at your next renewal, and a coach you archive mid-period stays paid for to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Archiving your last active coach stops the billing completely: your subscription is cancelled and nothing more is charged. When a coach becomes active again, billing starts again by itself on your saved card — any time you had already paid for is credited first, so the same period is never charged twice.
